Referrals don't work

I've had two, maybe even three friends sign up using my referral code. None of them have shown up in my affiliates dashboard and I've not been awarded a single cent. They've all deposited and wagered.

New accounts less than 24 hours old have the ability to add a referral code. I've watched my friend try to add my code this way. He clicks 'submit' and nothing happens.

What gives?
