Withdrawal pending for more than 24 hours - no support/reply/help from support team

I need urgent help. I initiated a ₹40,000 INR FIAT withdrawal from my BC.Game account yesterday. It's been over 24 hours, and although the status shows "successfully processed," I’ve not received the money in my bank account yet.

Proof submitted: Full bank statement (shows yesterday's two successful deposits of ₹5,000 and ₹10,000)

To make things worse, the withdrawal channel I used is now showing "under maintenance", which is making me very anxious. This is the first time I’ve faced such a delay, and ₹40,000 is a big amount for me.

Please escalate this and help me get a resolution. I’m ready to provide any more info needed.

Sandip Panchal here. My BC game id is 72719684. I withdraw 3,500/- INR dated 8th July 2025 11:04 AM. In my bc game account, in transaction tab it shows success but after 24 hours still I did not get 3,500/- in my bank account. I already raised ticket through customer support but still it shows pending and ticket id number is 8800386 and order id is F-1837055724167839269.

 

Please look into this matter seriously.
